Assalamu’alaikum everyone, welcome to my blog. Initially, this blog was written in Bahasa Indonesia. The posts are still preserved. You can find them in the earlier posts. Then, starting from January 2015, I decided to begin writing posts in English. So that I can target the international audience.
About the name
You may notice the blog name and the URL. “Pandalon” means experience in Javanese. I actually never heard the word before, and I don’t really understand the meaning as well. I just googled it and found that word. Nowadays, Javanese is so much affected by Bahasa Indonesia. Many Indonesian words are adopted into Javanese, while Indonesian itself also adopted quite many Old Javanese words. So, instead of pandalon, I usually say “pengalaman” in the daily basis.
Originally the blog title is “Boku no keiken“, which is a Japanese phrase that means my experience. So I use “experience” word quite frequently here. And actually it’s related to the aim of this blog: I want to share my “experience”. Actually it’s all about computer or internet things. Or maybe something useful and it deserves to share. Perhaps my comprehension about the meaning of experience is rather different from you, let me know by leaving a comment below.
